1. Who provides the service
Thrust Base is a commercial results tracking system operated by Thrust Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 37.975.161/0001-00, with offices at Platinum Office, SIG Quadra 8, Lote 385, Sala 04, Brasília-DF, CEP 70610-480, Brazil.
By creating an account or using the system, the customer company and the people it authorises agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Who can subscribe
- Thrust Base is meant for companies and the professionals they authorise. It is not a product for personal use or for minors.
- Whoever creates the account states that they have authority to contract on the company's behalf, and becomes the account owner.
3. What the system does
- Record sales, daily entries, funnel stages and commercial indicators.
- Import history from spreadsheets, CSV files, pasted text and, on the Pro plan, from photos, screenshots and PDFs.
- Group repeat buyers, flag possible duplicates and present analyses and comparisons.
- Draft supporting text with artificial intelligence, as suggestions rather than professional advice.
- Export the company's data as JSON and CSV.
- Handle support requests inside the product itself.
4. Account, people and roles
Each account belongs to a company and has three roles, with different powers:
- Owner: answers for the account. Subscription, payment, additional users, role changes and deleting the company are theirs alone. Every company has exactly one owner.
- Admin: runs the operation and the people, changes the funnel structure and the data, exports and undoes imports. Does not touch money and cannot delete the company.
- Member: uses the product day to day — records days, records sales, imports and reads.
- Passwords are personal and non-transferable, and each person uses their own account.
- The customer company is responsible for whom it invites and for what those people do in the system, and tells Thrust as soon as it suspects an access is being misused.
- Thrust may access the company's account for support, maintenance and defect fixing. Every change is recorded in the company's history.
5. Data the company enters
Data uploaded into the system remains the customer company's. It decides what it uploads and why, and states that it has a legitimate basis to process the personal data of the buyers it enters or imports.
Thrust processes that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and uses it for no other purpose.
6. Prohibited use
- Attempting to access another company's data, circumventing limits, or testing the system's security without written authorisation.
- Uploading sensitive personal data without need and without a legal basis.
- Using the system for unlawful activity or to send unauthorised communications to buyers.
- Reselling, sublicensing, copying or exposing the system to third parties who are not authorised people of the company.
- Using automated means to extract the system at scale, or attempting to derive the source code from the interface.
7. Plans, prices and what each includes
Thrust Base is sold by subscription, always in US dollars, in any language. List prices are:
- The maximum number of active people on a Pro account is 4: the one included plus three additional.
- A pending invitation takes a seat, because the invited person can sign in at any moment. Deactivating the person or cancelling the invitation frees the seat.
- There is no free trial.
- The conditions shown on screen at the time of purchase always govern: price, currency, billing period, features, limits, applicable taxes and any discounts.
- Prices may change for new purchases at any time. For existing subscribers, a price change takes effect from the following cycle and is communicated beforehand to the email address on file.
- The subscription renews automatically, on the same billing period, until it is cancelled.

8. Changing plan
- When a change only takes effect at renewal, nothing changes for users until that date, and the scheduled change can be cancelled beforehand.
- When moving back to Starter, data created during Pro is preserved; Pro-only features stop being available once the change takes effect.
- If the company has more active people than the destination plan allows, the extra ones must be deactivated before the change can take effect.

9. Cancellation
- The company can cancel at any time, from inside the product, under Settings and then the Subscription tab. There is no need to write to anyone or ask permission.
- Cancelling ends automatic renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- When cancelling we ask for a reason, from a short list. It is information to improve the product, not an obstacle: it takes one click.
- While the paid period has not ended, the cancellation can be undone from the same screen.
- Before the account ends, the company can download all of its data as JSON and CSV, on any plan.
10. Refunds
Thrust does not offer a voluntary pro-rata refund of the period already paid for after a cancellation: access remains until the end of that period, which is what was purchased.
This does not displace any refund, withdrawal or termination rights granted by the law applicable to each customer, which prevail over this clause whenever they apply. Any amount charged in error by us is refunded.
11. Missed payment
- If a payment is not confirmed, the account enters a 7-day grace period.
- During the grace period access stays complete, and a persistent on-screen notice shows the deadline and the way to settle it.
- If the grace period ends without payment being confirmed, access to the product is suspended. Sign-in keeps working, and the person is taken to a screen that explains what happened and lets them settle the payment, change plan, download a copy of the data or request deletion.
- As soon as payment is confirmed, access returns automatically, with no data lost.
- Suspension for missed payment is not deletion: the data stays where it was, and the retention clock only starts when the subscription genuinely ends.
12. Retention and deletion after the end
- Once the subscription ends, a 90-day window opens during which nothing is deleted. Subscribing again within it cancels the window with nothing lost.
- After the 90 days, the company's data is deleted by an automated routine. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is deleted and what survives.
- The company can also request deletion at any time, under Settings and then the Privacy tab. The request is recorded, generates an email receipt and is carried out by Thrust after confirming with the person.
- Records the law requires us to keep continue beyond that, and only those: tax and accounting documents of the commercial relationship for 5 years (Brazilian National Tax Code, articles 173, 174 and 195) and application access records for 6 months (Internet Civil Framework, article 15). The Privacy Policy describes both.
13. Availability and support
The service is provided with continuous availability as a goal, but without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation: it depends on infrastructure providers and on scheduled maintenance.
Support is provided inside the product, through the help button at the top of any screen. The Starter plan includes support; the Pro plan includes priority support, which moves ahead in the queue.
There is no contracted service level (SLA) in this version: we do not promise 24/7 coverage, a first-response deadline, or support hours. If a timing commitment comes to exist, it will be published before it applies.
14. Artificial intelligence
- The system uses artificial intelligence to transcribe files and draft supporting text. The Privacy Policy lists the five exact places where that happens.
- What the AI returns is a suggestion, not accounting, legal, tax or investment advice. The commercial decision is always the company's.
- AI can be wrong. Check the figures before making decisions based on them.
15. Intellectual property
The system, the brand, the code, the interface and the documentation belong to Thrust. While the subscription is active, the customer company receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Thrust Base in its own business.
Data uploaded by the company remains the company's. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership either way.
16. Termination by Thrust
Thrust may suspend or terminate access in case of missed payment, of prohibited use under section 6, or of a legal order. Other than for missed payment, which has its own rule in section 11, Thrust gives notice beforehand and time for the company to download its data, except where the law or the safety of others requires immediate action.
17. Liability
Thrust Base is a recording and analysis tool: it shows the figures the company puts into it. Thrust is not responsible for the commercial decisions made from those figures, nor for the accuracy of data the company itself entered or imported, nor for text generated by artificial intelligence, which is a suggestion and not professional advice.
The service depends on infrastructure providers. Thrust is not responsible for unavailability caused by a failure of those providers, by an interruption of the customer's own connection, or by maintenance announced in advance.
In business-to-business relationships, Thrust's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer company in the 12 months before the event, and does not extend to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, loss of data the company could have exported, or indirect damages of any kind.
THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY, and nothing in this section makes it apply, where the law does not allow a limitation: wilful misconduct or gross negligence by Thrust, a personal data breach caused by it, harm to a person's physical or moral integrity, and any case in which the law applicable to the customer prohibits limitation, including where the relationship is a consumer relationship.
This is the position Thrust takes today and awaits confirmation in the final legal review.
18. Changes to these terms
Thrust may change these terms to keep up with changes to the service or to the law. The version and the date at the top change with them, and material changes are communicated to the email address on file before they take effect.
19. Governing law and venue
The service provider is a Brazilian company and Brazilian law governs these terms.
For business-to-business relationships, the courts of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, are chosen to settle matters arising from this contract.
THIS DISPLACES NO ONE'S MANDATORY RIGHTS. If the customer is a consumer, or if the law of the customer's country of residence grants them, on a mandatory basis, the right to sue in their own domicile or to have their own law applied, that law prevails and the choice above is not invoked against them. The same applies to any data protection, consumer protection or public policy rule applicable to the customer.
This is the position Thrust takes today and awaits confirmation in the final legal review.
