    Do I need to understand data, charts or BI?

    What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

    Starter organizes your sales and customers and shows how your results are trending. Pro adds the intelligence layer: customers at risk by name and reason, month-over-month comparison, rankings, RFM, cohorts, an AI summary and imports from PDFs, photos or screenshots.

    Can I start on Starter and upgrade to Pro later?

    Yes. Upgrading to Pro takes effect right away, and you keep everything you've already logged.

    Can my team use it?

    Starter includes 1 user. Pro includes 1 user and lets you add up to 3 more, at US$4.99/month or US$49.90/year each.

    Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. When you cancel, your subscription won't renew and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you change your mind before then, you can undo the cancellation.

    What happens to my data after my subscription ends?

    Your data is kept for 90 days after your subscription ends. During that time, you can come back and find everything as you left it. After that, it's deleted.

    Does it work on my phone?

    Yes. Thrust Base runs in your phone's or computer's browser. Nothing to install.

    Is my data secure?

    Each company can only access its own data: isolation is enforced in the database, per company. Connections always use HTTPS, sign-in is by email and password or Google, and payments are processed by Stripe.
